AI factories are entities which provide an AI supercomputing service infrastructure. The amended regulation will make the EUâs supercomputing capacity further available for innovative European start-ups and SMEs to train their AI models and develop their projects. It will feature insightful presentations from three innovative SMEs: Dictus, leveraging over 15 years of experience in speech technology; Iceye, providing near real-time intelligence for natural catastrophe response; and SiloAI, Europeâs largest private AI lab. | 14:00-15:30 | Creating opportunities for industry users ⢠Lightning talks by SMEs ⢠EuroHPC AI Support Centre ⢠EuroHPC AI Factories ⢠Johan Kristiansson (ColonyOS) ⢠Alan O'Cais (MultiXscale) Various EuroHPC initiatives support industrial users who have never leveraged HPC before or would like to scale their AI workloads to make the most of the EuroHPC infrastructures provided. A selected panel from these initiatives will pave the way for an interesting, lively and interactive âFish Bowlâ discussion. This discussion will focus on how those support initiatives and existing infrastructures match the needs of industry in general and SMEs in particular, ensuring that all participants are engaged and part of the conversation. Selected participating SMEs will be allowed for 'lighthouse talks' to present their business ideas and HPC infrastructure/support requirements.
