Wei obtained his Ph.D. in High Performance Computing from the University of Oslo, Norway.
During doctoral studies, he proposed optimization and parallelization techniques, as well as performance models, to effectively solve fractional partial differential equations using different numerical methods.
He has been working as an Application Expert at National Supercomputer Centre at Linköping University since 2016.
This project has received funding from the European High-Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (JU) under grant agreement No 951732. The JU receives support from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme and its associated countries .
